The Company significantly improved financial and operating performance in 2021 driven by a rapid growth in demand and a rally in the Moscow residential housing market, as well as consolidation of a regional business in Rostov-on-Don becoming part of the Group.
In 2021, INTECO commissioned approximately 281 thousand sqm of real estate in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don, including around 169 thousand sqm in Moscow and roughly 112 thousand sqm in the Rostov Region.
Contract sales in value terms grew by 19%. As a result, revenue nearly hit RUB 60.4 billion, with EBITDA growing 2.4x year-on-year to RUB 21.7 billion and EBITDA margin rising by 2 p.p. to 36%.
