Key projects

The Leventsovsky District on the western boundary of Rostov-on-Don is INTECO’s anchor project that kicked off in 2008.

The district is divided into 11 sections, five of which are being developed by INTECO:

  • neighbourhoods 1 and 3 – Zapadnye Vorota;
  • neighbourhood 5 – Pyatiy element;
  • neighbourhood 6 – Strany Mira;
  • neighbourhood 8 – Leventsovka Park.
