The strategy’s main objective is to ensure IT support at all stages of development projects and provide internal and external stakeholders with accessible and accurate data.

The IT strategy implementation is an important task that requires coordination and comprehensive actions by all of the Company’s functional units so that IT initiatives could underpin all core business processes.

In 2022, the Company faced new challenges as international IT companies left the Russian market. While drafting this report, INTECO took all the necessary measures to ensure the continuity of its operations. We developed a plan to substitute foreign software with Russian or proprietary solutions and proceeded with its implementation.
